REIKI is a gentle form of energetic healing, focusing on the 7 main energy centers, our Chakras. Over the course of our lifetimes we can often trap negative energy & experiences in these centers, giving us a feeling of being blocked or stuck. With Reiki, energy passes through the practitioner to the client, helping move and release those blockages.
SESSIONS begin with a brief intake, a review of hand placement over the chakras & time to answer any inquiries you may have. Calm quiet music is played and the table is heated if preferred. There is also time after for questions & discussion. Comfortable clothing & bringing water is recommended. Refraining from too much caffeine the day of is also suggested. If you have a hard time relaxing, we will get through that too!

AFTER receiving a degree in Exercise Physiology I went on to marry and raise a family, all while running a thriving landscaping business. Life changed, and I found myself somewhere I never expected to be. Having thyroid cancer and other health problems, I began boxing, and receiving reiki in search of help... and at the age of 44, I felt like I was starting over. Both of these modalities though seemingly opposite, were monumental for me. They required me to be vulnerable, and surrender to everything I was feeling. Eventually I was able to deal with stress, major anxiety, and let go of painful experiences. I was eating cleaner, feeling emotionally lighter, stronger and more at peace with who I am. I became so passionate about all these things and wanted to share with others. So here we are! I started teaching boxing classes, personal training others and became certified in everything reiki related.
